WHO WE ARE
ZERA POWER is a custom lithium battery pack manufacturer in Shenzhen, China. In fact, we design and build custom lithium battery packs for products that cannot afford to fail — drones, RC models, e-mobility, energy storage and industrial devices. We are engineering-led, and every pack we ship starts as a conversation about your application.
We work with three cell chemistries — Li-ion, LiPo and LiFePO4 — plus solid-state cells with energy density up to 400 Wh/kg, sourced from established cell makers. Therefore, the right cell is matched to your discharge rate, cycle-life and temperature requirements, then built into a protected, tested custom lithium battery pack around your voltage, capacity, dimensions and connector.

Quality & Safety First
In fact, every custom lithium battery pack passes design review and pack-level testing before shipment: capacity, internal resistance, protection functions and charge–discharge behaviour are verified pack by pack. Certification support — including UN38.3, IEC 62133, MSDS, CE and RoHS — is available per project, matched to your target market. Allen Yang — Managing Director
Allen Yang is the Managing Director of ZERA POWER. He leads the company’s work with overseas buyers — from the first inquiry and technical discussion through sampling, mass production and final delivery. Working closely with the engineering team, he makes sure every custom battery pack is matched to its application, budget and timeline, and that nothing gets lost between a customer’s requirement and the finished product.
